Can't wait! The maps better be big and more free flowing! The big BC2 maps are too restrictive in movement.

The original BF2 had an awesome score/soundtrack!

This will be our time...the time of the pc gamer. Let's not forget to point and laugh at the console kiddies when they have to play huge ass maps with only 24 people hosted by some players crap connection, lol.

Screenshot of the year. Gotta love the big PC box in the middle.

prone is good, 64 players is nice, new destruction and animation is good (hope movement is better)

hoping jets aren't overpowered against infantry capturing flags. (yes it's realistic whatever)

hoping for no dolphin diving, should have learnt from the BF2 fix though.

i was reading the comments on the blog, i like how the console players are like

Quote:
Awesome!!
I hope for 24 vs 24 on Xbox!
Or atleast 18 vs 18..
Quote:
So does this mean like.. 32 player on consoles? Or maybe 48?
Quote:
64 player on pc who gives a ***. i want 64 but in the ****ing console danm it
Quote:
are the 64 players and jets only on PC. If so i am very mad. The PS3 has the power to hold up to 256 players and more, we should have 64 players.
Quote:
HELLS TO THE YEAH!
But Is It 32 Player Multi-player On Consoles?
Quote:
Do console players only miss out on the 64 player matches?
And don't hate me because I have a console, I just can't afford a PC.
Quote:
So by the sounds of it the PC version will be the way to go so PLEASE HAVE THE CONTROLLER SUPPORT OF THE XBOX BROUGHT OVER TO PC, I have friends that play on the xbox and some on the pc so I will probably be getting both versions and it would be great to play with the same control scheme on both platforms.

BF2 officially supported 64 players I believe. I seem to remember 2142 supported 64 but was later patched to only go up to 48 due to lag.
