Just thought I'd add that the temps inside my Antec 1200 are allot hotter with this cooler, after a gaming session everything is is very warm/hot to the touch, more so than normal.

Definitely not recommended in a case with poor airflow.

what kind of case do you have? top end GPUs are not the best fit fir a small and/or poor airflow case.

EDIT: I think maybe there was ninja edit? Antec 1200 is a giant case though, with a ton of fans.

Shocky, just wondering if your issue is the same as the users in this steam thread.

If so it seems both ATI and NV users are seeing it. Some say it fixed by running dx9 or windowed, others it didn't work for.

Yeah, I hear the 1200 has some serious airflow. My HAFs internal temps barely budged with this cooler. I think it may be an issue with the game itself.

Allot of what they are describing I've seen in Civ V so it looks like it's just the game itself, will give dx9 version a try. thanks grey.

I just ordered 2 of these for my 480's. I figured watercooling can wait til the 2011 chip finds a way into my home, but those fans are driving me crazy.

I'm gonna enjoy stripping down my 480's and putting these bad boys on. I'll post back with comparisons of before and after.

I'll love em even more when I actually receive them... The company I ordered them through only just sent them (Friday afternoon) when I ordered them on Tuesday. It's with Express Postage, so they should be here by monday (No weekend postage), but I wanted them now...
