Hm, I had to turn down my HyperTransport by 2 mhz down to 280 to get the CPU test to run without error... (I've been having some OC troubles lately anyway, so I'm glad this flag was raised)...

So here's my 3.94ghz result:

.... Oh yeah, why would the OpenGL test fail for me? I'm running a single NV Reference GTX 570/Win7 Ultimate.

Guess the new I7 is to thank. I benched again at 4.7 at cpu was 9.15 but open gl didnt move. GPU bottleneck even with it over clocked. The 2600k is yawning during the gpu test.

I will report back in here when I get my 2nd 480. I must be out of my mind but think I might go SLI for the 1st time. I know getting a 580 and ocing it could get me 40% in some cases but I am pretty sure that sli 480's will be very fast however they are gong to need a small reactor to power the whole thing plus the installation on an additional air conditioning unit which will be duct taped to the front of the pc so that it doesnt combust. Heh.

I think the 480's should have been targeted at the hearing impaired market. Loud ass fan and if I get an after market cooler it looks like I wont have room for SLI. Decisions, decisions.......
