Can't bind kernel module

Hallo,

i'm not able to compile the kernelmodule on Debian testing for a 450GTS Graphic-Card.

I downloaded the NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-260.19.36 Driver
gcc-Version: 4.3.5
Distri: Linux version 2.6.32-5-amd64 (Debian 2.6.32-30)
