I decided to send mine back due to the dead pixel - it was driving me nuts. They said that since my unit is only 2 weeks old, it would be replaced with a new unit. Had they said otherwise, I would have asked for a refund.

i really hope you do get a none dead pixel monitor because it never ended with me so i gave up

ok i finally got another one. it has one that shows it on a white background and black background.

this is how many times this has happend.

now i did some calculations on how much this all cost to ship and return back to dell, and i even lowered the price on how much it really is

it comes out to be $3000 dollars that they spend to do all this....now all they had to do was open and inspect, what fools,

and this is not even

my very very very very very very very very very very first one i got had about 10 dead pixels

the one i have how on my desktop only has one dead pixel, its for sale for $650 plus shipping, im just tired of it, i have no energy with dell anymore
