Don't mean to steal the thread, but my father and I are doing something similar in our attic. It will become a bathroom/kitchen/home theater/game room/bedroom.
Funny thing, I can't use AutoCAD very well, so I'm designing the room (3D model) in Hammer in Source SDK. ![]() |

That's a coincidence Alpo. I was just thinking of creating a bathroom behind my garage. Hell, when I'm working on the car or bike and too greasy to go inside I go back there to do my business anyways. I don't think I'd like to make it a kitchen too though like you and your dad have planned, but who knows? When you get hungry you do strange things.

Lol, well its a pretty big attic, and they're thinking that I could live there later in life, when I'm out of college and start to make a living, hence the bedroom/bathroom/kitchen addition. It was going to be just a game room and a TV, but then they decided on that. It will take a lot of money, and time, either of which we do not have,
Hopefully it will be done by next football season. ![]() |

Alpo you have to honestly ask yourself, do you want to live in your parents attic when you get older?

Alpo - If you do, it's OK. Just make sure not to have the BF do the walk 'o shame the next morning.
