with turbo enabled, but its at 3.8 right now.

Need to tighten down the vcore.

I had the first revision, and it wouldn't work with westmere so I rma'd it to get a rev 1.2 and it worked out of the box.

I bumped up to 3.9, 4.1 with turbo (on two cores btw, which i thought was odd) testing now.
