GeForce 8400 GS TV not detected 260, 270

TV-out is not enabled when running version 260 or 270 of the driver.
Tv-out is enabled correctly when version 173 of the driver is used.

All of the drivers correctly detect when a monitor is connected, tv's are not detected at all unless running 173

This is only a problem because 173 doesn’t support vdpau and the hardware doesn’t support xvmc. That causes problems with playback in mythtv.

I have attached 3 bug-reports one for each driver that i have tried.
