Dude, the 2600k has been a great investment. It just chews through whatever you throw at it and it even hangs with the new 990x that cost $1000.00 in gaming. Now if you are sequencing DNA by all means get a 990x with six cores and 12 threads. For gaming that chip is WAY overkill. Damn ! That computer might develop AI if you leave it on too long. No wait, windows is installed.. That is crazy dude. I pull about 9.25 at 4.7 on a 2600k. For gaming that should do for a while. 1080p max res.

Looks like i got the highest score so far.... .



It'll take another EVGA SR-2 setup that's clocked higher than this one(Rare,but they're out there folding away),or someone using a setup that supports 4 CPU sockets.....Who will it be?....
