How is Windows 7 Media Center?
missing features, limiting features, zero customizability. Zero “omg, what is that”

slow to non-existant development cycle, next minor change with windows 8

Here's my next purchase. I think I am going to pick it up this week: http://www.microcenter.com/single_pr...uct_id=0283767

Once I have my TV card installed, all I need is my BD drive, then my HTPC will be done.

I think I am going to dual boot XBMC and Win7. What do you all use to play BD movies? Is it easy on PC? Will VLC do it well, or is there commercial software that is necessary? Will XBMC do it?

Something came up so I had to buy a new hard drive for my laptop. The capture card will have to wait until later this month or earlier next month. I'll keep the thread updated.
