Recommended utility to OC Gigabyte 560 ti?

I tried the Gigabyte OC Guru utility but it won't install, gives 1607 error, so I need to find another. Been using EVGA Precision for years, so not even sure what else is out there. I did a search and found ntune and atitool, but both appear to be have been last upated back in the Vista days.
