Default Memory Leak/crash

My setup:

Slackware 13.1

Linux pc100 2.6.38.3-grsec-smp #13 SMP Fri Apr 22 16:08:59 EDT 2011 i686 Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU N280 @ 1.66GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux

NVIDIA driver NVIDIA-Linux-x86-270.41.06.run

GPU nVidia Corporation ION VGA [GeForce 9400M] (rev b1)

When I start X, I get a black screen

Attached is a bug report (I hope)

Since the bug report hung on /proc/driver/nvidia/gpus/0/information, I commented the call out, recreated the bug, rerean the report and added the info in after I rebooted.
