Not many games have launched without issue.. but why don't these developers learn from each others mistakes? If I was in charge of releasing a game I'd be damn sure everything worked but I ok'd it.

Actually if you've spent any time on the forums... people are reporting smoother performance with 11.4s than 11.5s. Be sure to disable ambient occlusion as with most games it either kills performance or gives you that intolerable mouse lag.

Damn, that looks terrible. I mean if it looked like Bulletstorm then fair enough but that looks ugly. I'll pass on this and wait for Rage.

I've seen some pretty good reviews on the PC version so far, other than negatives about a few bugs and performance issues that are inherent with most new games.
How, exactly are people reviewing the PC version? It wasn't even made available to reviewers until today because they didn't want it to leak, which is why the 360 reviews...it was the only version available until today.

I'd say to take any reviews of the PC version with a grain of salt.

Don't be too hard on him ViN, at least he posted screenshots that are monkey balls worthy.

Honestly, I don't understand the hate towards the game. Assuming the bugs are worked out, as any game release nowadays has plenty of bugs (ugh), it's really a pretty enjoyable game. I just played through objective and I like the gameplay. It's tough with bots lol.

I think some people here are putting too much stock in the graphics. This isn't Crysis. The gameplay is supposed to be what's important, not the graphics, which really aren't as bad as people are making them out to be.

I will play more tonight and post more of my thoughts. As of now, it's not the most amazing game ever, but it is definitely enjoyable.

Well, it doesn't help when developers put out better gameplay videos than the actual finished game. The videos I saw looked pretty damn good compared to the final release.

You expect good graphics in 2011, not a watered down version on release, just like Crysis 2.

screenshots look bad because the advanced settings currently will not stick to on.

check for yourself

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\10312949\22350\local\base

Make an autoexec.cfg with this inside...
