Not even interested in CoD anymore because they charge a premium to play it. They can take my middle finger and spin on it.

I'll be buying BF3.

So far I've enjoyed every CoD SP. I've missed CoD:WaW and CoD:MW2, played BLOPs and it was... wierd. But still fun and enjoyable.

Picked BLOPs up on sale for $45, I'll likely do the same for this. Never did get into CoD MP, only care for the SP.

Won't buy it unless dedicated servers are confirmed.

not that i want to advertise for cod but,

Quote:
nfinity Ward, the studio behind Call of Duty and Modern Warfare, is leaving its previously used game engine technology behind for Modern Warfare 3. Will that put an end to cracks about the developer using Quake III Arena-era tech?

While those digs against Infinity Ward may have been unfair and inaccurate—its in-house IW Engine has been regularly updated and refined over the years—the next Call of Duty game appears to leave its id Tech 3 legacy behind.

"We haven't gone into detail on the engine yet but we've moved beyond the [Modern Warfare 2] engine and added a lot of cool stuff for [Modern Warfare 3]," writes Infinity Ward creative strategist Robert Bowling on Twitter.

We'll see what that looks like tonight, when Activision and Infinity Ward release Modern Warfare 3's first gameplay trailer.
we'll see what this means

If you are talking about the price of the game, BF3 will cost just as much. If you are talking about paying to play online, it's a rumor without a shred of evidence to back it up so far.

I watched the trailer tonight during the game and it looks pretty damn sweet. I'll be buying it for singleplayer for sure.

I liked the trailer.

Not $60 liked though. If I see a sale for $30 - $45 I'll probably pick it up just for the SP.
