@ DDoc and Vin - flash is just bloated and I'd rather not have it on iPhone. I hope they never add it - I doubt they ever will.

I can't think of one thing that I cant do because of flash.

What do you guys use it for? I'm just curious as I honestly don't miss it.

Many sites use it for video and audio streaming, and not all sites have apps like YouTube does.

I don't know why anyone NEEDS Flash on their mobile device. Flash is horrible on Android and as many websites I visit on my phone, I never ever go to sites that require Flash Player. And also, from what I've seen, aren't popular websites making app-alternatives to their Flash-based websites? I just don't see the need for Flash on a mobile device.

Flash runs pretty well on my Droid X. Plus it's nice being able to browse the Internet in its entirety instead of having random gray blocks on pages.

Well I can tell you that iOS 5 had enough change for me to make the jump to the iPhone. Going to buy one in a week. Hopefully "Fall" isn't too far away.

I just don't look at any sites that require Flash for me to enjoy it. Heck, I even have FlashBlock running in Chrome right now.

No Flash = Faster loading times IMO. And to me, the faster the better, especially when it comes to 3G.

All videos on Gizmodo, LH, Kotaku, etc . . they are all on Youtube or Vimeo.

I wish I had gotten a iphone now too. I went with T Mobile just because my wife already had a TMobile phone. Once our contracts are up I think we will both go for an iphone...if I don't just get a Tracfone instead.

Been using the iOS 5 Beta for some time now and it's excellent. Notifications, iMessage, and iCloud make it practically a brand new device.

Just upgraded iOS5 beta 3. Anyone else using this?

I'm not brave enough to try it out on my iPad. I'll wait until the official release.
