I agree as well. Great game...great series..and now the graphics support for us high end gamers...gotta love it. My 5870 plays smooth as butta' @ 1920x1200 everything maxed. The game looks simply amazing now.

Now all you haters go grab your consoles and leave us pc gamers alone!!

I'm guessing they work as I still had a config file which caused the graphics settings to come up as "Custom"

hmmm... I'll mess with that tomorrow and see if I can remove bloom or greatly reduce it.

They unlocked a few cvars, although a fresh unpatched version of Crysis 2 still has more unlocked cvars than the game currently allows. Idiotic. Also, the shadow system is a complete joke.

Is it just me or has the AI slightly improved?

Also, there does seem to be a lot more in terms of destructible environment.

Still, IMO, nowhere near the game they released 4 years ago but better than the turd that this game was on release.

Sounds like it may be time to find a sale and buy this.

me too. I really liked the first one and warhead and still have numerous custom created missions by the community that I haven't gotten to play through yet.

The community really shone with Crysis for sure. I'd have to reinstall to catch up on all the highly rated ones I've missed. I need time!
