Default does this nic to hardware acceleration?

It's a intel pci-e 1x gigabit ct nic. My local retailer has them in oem for $35. I want to get away from onboard nic (realtek) and wondered if this was hardware accelerated meaning it takes away from cpu usage. Please let
me know.

I don't see that it does TOE anywhere, but it should still be a hell of a lot better than the onboard Realtek. I really like Intel NICs on the desktop and for my servers.

I would just go on ebay and get an intel nic with TOE, they are dirt cheap, even cheaper then the deal you are showing...
