470 VS 570???
Seriously can anyone give me a reason to step up to the 570? I really only see vague differences between the 2 cards.

Sure.
The 570 is significantly faster at some games, and quieter. http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/311?vs=306 It's a good upgrade to a 470.

Me i am happy with my GTX 470 plays every game flawlessly, only problem being is it is nosy. Still i will hold off as in less then 6 months the next gen video cards will be out and way more powerful so will wait till then.
That and my GTX 470 does 850/1700MHz with Ram at 3.7GHz which put's it just above refrence GTX570's performance for free, but again makes the card nosier.

Overal the 570 is better but if noise is the only issue then just grab an aftermarket cooler.....

Given the price differences of a new 570 and a used 470 (they don't have new ones anymore) you could just about go with a 470 sli setup for the price of a single 570....
I'm running dual 470's in sli right now and am definitely happy with the overall performance
