Cannot load ARB and NV functions

When I make a program, I got "undefined reference XXXX", where XXXX is extended Opengl functions such as glXCreateContextAttribsARB and CopyImageSubDataNV.

The identical program worked on 32bit linux, Opengl 3.2. The current system is 64bit linux, Opengl 4.1. A similar program without Opengl extentions was successfully compiled and worked on the current system. When I looked at the nvidia control panel, opengl information says that those functions are supported. The graphic driver was not installed via Nvidia Driver Install Page, but from rpm repo. The driver version is 275.09.07.

I would appreciate if you could give me any suggestions to solve it.
