Don't waste money, you should be able to play Skyrim maxed with no issues.

More seriously, the X58 chipset and processors are still up there with the best and although you could gain some perfs by upgrading your video cards, it would be a big expense for a little gain.

If you game at 1080p, you should be set for skyrim. Although with the track record Bethesda has, maybe NONE of the current hardware will run it fluidly at max settings. Oblivion was certainly quite demanding...
u mean 2 6800 Ultra's in SLI only being able to do 12x10 with max settings and no AA and AF and remain playable was demanding? lol

but as they said your fine lol. My buddy still rocks a C2D 6750 @ 3.6 and hes content and happy lol.

1.25Gb for sli still sounds limited to me.
