I think it has more to do with just getting a hell of a deal than it does with people actually wanting the product because they like it. Most people didn't have any idea what it was like or what it could do (including me) they just saw a hell of a bargain and wanted in on it (like me). Now hat I have it and have played with it, I love it.

The potential is also a factor. It's a dual core tablet with a nice screen that has a good chance of running some other OS, like Android. It could be a great Android device if they get it working.

Also something they don't mention is cut and paste. Do that by selecting the text, then tap and a menu comes up. In a web page itself, simply long press a word, and the rest is obvious.
