Question 280.13 x86_64, NVRMs, screen flickers

Hmm I've got an odd problem all of a sudden. When in my desktop (Fedora 15, x86_65, Gnome3) browsing and playing music the screen flickers and there is no response to mouse clicks anymore. The music keeps playing. After a while a get my desktop responding normally again. But after a few minutes again problems.

dmesg shows:

kernel is 2.6.40 aka 3.0. nvidia bug-report attached. Any ideas what cause this? Also flash related?

[updated]
Yep, this is definitely caused by flash. Whenever a flash video starts playing the problems begin...flash 11 b2 64-bit .
