I forgot to post here. I have 2 SSDs nao. 2x240 OCZ Vertex2 in RAID0. Picked them up at a crazy price in the run outs before the Vertex3s hit. Now my PC boots in an instant and games load before I'm ready to play.

They are backed up to an internal 2tb HDD, which in turn is backed up to a 2tb USB3.0 HDD

I now have 3 points where Redeemed can steal my Far Cry 2 save games. ::

I used Acronis True Image WD Edition ,It worked. Alignment was fine assuming 1048576 is correct. WEI is now 7.6
Nothing needed re-installing ,My steam games are still working fine which is good but I wasted time backing them ALL up.
Firefox cache is on a 128mb RAMdisk, I guess that's enough?

Jusy got my first SSD drive. Comes in a cool case and even though it's 2.5" it just looks tiny when you actually get one.

Thanks, yeah I'm enjoying the drive, it's so friggin fast. Running it with Fedora 15.

My old WD Carvier 500Gb SATA II benched at an average of 80MB/s.
