Nice Silly!... when I get my new machine, in a week or so, I'll give some of these jets a try, and hope the scenery will keep up better than my current one can.

I just reinstalled FSX after about a year and a half. I am looking for the best bang for the buck mod. Seriously looking at REX. Is that a good idea or is there another one that would serve me better?

For Europe you have GEX which places better textures over the existing landclass, and a host of photoscenery products covering the UK, France, Germany and a few others. I would start with REX and try the Orbx FTX demos to see if you like them. |

Thanks for the info SJA06. That is what I will do. I am pretty sold on REX after seeing some of the youtube videos of it.

Here's some pics of Scenery I've been working on for a while. I like flying at night, so I really took special care to make things look good at night. It's X44 Miami Seaplane Base. No one is making scenery in the area, and it's where I prefer to fly, so I just went ahead and started myself. Everything that isn't a default FSX Object, or the windsock, was made by me. There are more than 20 custom modeled objects in this small area. There's photo real ground, ambient sounds and the plants sway in the wind. It's really coming together. I hope you like the pics.

If you cant buy it via FFS
You'll need to Hang on for a few days till i can get it up to Simmarket,im still checking out there reseller options (not quite as straight forward as FFS) but if you really cant wait though PM me and i'll hook you up a copy of it in trade for making me some promo shots ![]() Killer shots there mark (as always) you guys really seem to beable to bring out the best of FSX with Shade,my FSX install is a bit of a dev playground atm (ie borked) and isnt tuned up for screen shooting....time to wipe it i guess and get some better compare shots for promo'ing shade and supporter banners! Cheers steve |
