Terminator 3: War of the Machines

Am I the only one that finds this game to be good if not great from playing the demo? I was going to pass on this one thinking it would be another trash of game to reap the rewards of the movie but decided to give it a go. It feels so different from anything out now, the atmosphere is great and the map I played was on the BF1942 scale on largeness. The models look kind of stupid but great at the same time. The world was very well done. I wasnt able to drive anything but I think you can.

NVnews dudes give it a go you may find it a awesome game like I did. From the one map I played I think I may buy this one. I will post some hi-res screen shots another time.

BTW its only multiplayer

Well from the enviroment it seems a very nice FPS

I has some very good options like choosing if you want to be a terminator (machine) or a human etc

It still lacks in some things and from the Demo the Missions do not seem to be as interesting at all as it is with the missions\actions of CALL OF DUTY

As a Fps does not seems to be as good as Call of Duty is right now actually

These Terminator game style reminds me somehow Doom (just shoot everything and exit the stage)...not so interesting at all and the objectives seems so "poor"...Just like a Shoot em up is

Anyway we will see when it will be released

The players walk a bit tooo fast! What's up with that? lol Anyways...it's fun for a while...wonder what the single player game will be like.

When I first played it, I wasn't all that impressed but it's really grown on me, and I keep going back for another go.

The bots are fairly good (though they can't drive vehicles) and there can be some awesome firefights between the machines and humans. Graphics are OK, sound effects are great and online play is fun, though I think there are some issues with certain things like spawn-camping and friendly fire.

Also, according to Atari it's not the official demo (hopefully that will have some singleplayer levels in it?)
Anyway, T3 looks quite promising and could be a fun futuristic-deathmatch-with-vehicles shooter to keep us going until UT2004.

Playd the so calld demo , well not very good , gun textures are poor , soldier movement is wierd... game have good idea human vs terminator is fun , but there is to much abnormalitys

hopefully they will improve on all that in full game , but probably not gonna happen .

This game definitely sucks the big one. It's a quick cash making scheme by Atari and the developers.
