Compilation fails with 256.53 and kernel 3.0

I'm using 256.53 because it is latest non-broken driver.
After kernel upgrade from 2.6.39 to 3.0, build fails:

make -j2 HOSTCC=x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc CROSS_COMPILE=x86_64-pc-linux-gnu- LDFLAGS= IGNORE_CC_MISMATCH=yes V=1 SYSSRC=/usr/src/linux SYSOUT=/lib/modules/3.0.4-hardened-r3/build HOST_CC=x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc clean module

Depending on where and how the kernel sources (or the
kernel headers) were installed, you may need to specify
their location with the SYSSRC environment variable or
the equivalent nvidia-installer command line option.
