Yeah, the up close grass is a little too dark, but I really like the way it shadows the buildings and trees in the distance compared to the Oblivion one.

And to make it look even better I found this mod:

It adds shadows to to the lod trees and makes them much better looking. They don't stick out like before, so I dropped my uGrids down to 7 for the better performance.

Still seeing static waterfalls that only start to animate when you get near them. It's like they need to be switch on or something because when you move back, they still animate.

raising the ugrid value fixes this.

No it's not. I doubt game developers spend time implementing useless features, especially when time is important to them.

Why does it have to be all about performance? MTR is a DX11 feature and I doubt many games yet make use of it. The new Unreal Engine does but it allows developers to do more advanced effects more efferently. Why would anyone not want that and not all features are exposed to the player as much as people think.

There is a reason why DX11 is not being used greatly in such games, one is that is allows devs to do effects a lot more effectively than DX9. This has been proved with DX10 as it gives better performance.

Any good settings for MAMD cards i have the 6970 card a gigabyte oc the one with 3 fans on big s*bi* won´t fit all midi cases even.

amd 6970
resolution is 1360x768/1280x1024 i use a LCD tv hd ready as a screen so i can´t play at higher resolutions, i would like to try a 46" LEd full hd tv as a screen

i used that dna thing and i get a black screen nad it crashes i did put all on extreme if that´s the problem?

The game will black screen if your settings are higher than what your computer can run.
