Default RUNDLL Fubar, need help

I've been getting this problem for weeks now, and cannot install anything from Windows Update because of it.

On start-up on the desktop of WinXP I get a RUNDLL (Error Loading OCpp.dll) every time. Can someone tell me what this is and how to fix it?

That .dll is not on my system. If you right click on that file and do properties does it tell who the vendor is and what version the file is?

OCpp.dll

i dont have my XP computer in front of me at the moment, but that file doesn't sound familiar.

Download and install Startup Control Panel. Uncheck everything from startup that you don't need, reboot, and see if the error goes away. If it does, then recheck one program at a time until you find the startup program responsible for that error.

MSCONFIG is embedded and does the same, doesn't it?

I can see it in the start-up on MSCONFIG. RunDll32 OCpp.dll. Ofcourse, it is checked. My big issue is that if I run Windows Update, and download the updates everything installs fine. When the computer reboots and gets to the desktop, the computer automatically reboots itself. This happens every time, and I have to use System Restore to return it to before the updates were installed.
