Default Enabling both HDMI and VGA on Asus EEEBOX 1501 under Ubuntu 11

I have the latest Ubuntu 11 kernel 3.0.0-14 running on EeeBox 1501 nettop with HDMI and VGA outputs.

My task is enabling the both these outputs in a time. Or at last ability to switch monitor and TV. Currently to switch to HDMI TV I have to turn my nettop off and disconnect the VGA cable.

It was not easy to find what I have to do.

Mighty Google tells me, that I need to install "NVidia accelerated drivers".

But I found that seems there is different versions of them. Which version should I use? First of all I tried NVIDIA-Linux-x86-173.14.05-pkg1.run . It cannot compleate installation, because "cannot determine the version of my kernel source" (sources are installed).

Then I tried NVIDIA-Linux-x86-275.43.run
Just after running it told me that there is "installation script error", but nevertheless offer to continue. I agreed and it made the long installation process with no more warnings. Then I cannot start X until reboot. After rebooting the system works well but I see no any changes. Nor Nvidia configurators anywhere nor ability to enable the second desktop.

Please, tell me what should I do to enable the second monitor on EEEBox under Ubuntu!
