Microsoft aren't publishing it. Basically they must have signed with Remedy to have Alan Wake exclusive for XX months but Remedy retains rights to the game and can do what they like with it after that.

That shouldn't be too surprising. They like timed exclusive a lot. Probably the expansion pack will also be released sometime down the line. On 360 it is releasing, Q1 2012

Its a repetitive game with unique elements, weird right? But I still wont be getting it since i already bought it for X360 when it was released. If i remembered correctly it was supposed to be released on PC to show off DX10 capabilities right? It'll be hilarious if it doesnt come with DX11 support.
