Getting your ship is huge. You can go anywhere you want after that, even if it's a planet that's too high for you. I did this in the beta, because the spaceports and starting towns are safe.

Bioware has resolved the housing issue with ships also. A lot of gamers want housing and the ship provides a way for you to get around on your own, fight in space missions and have your own storage (cargo) and craft droid right there. Well done.

Nice yeah did not have much of a chance to play with it..was kind of late.

Where is the cargo storage? I did not see it maybe I missed it.

Also can you access the GTN market from ship? that would be awesome, especially if you crafting instead of having to land and find a market and sell your stuff

I love my ship. I think the bounty hunter's ship is the best. It looks rugged and dark.

The cargo hold is a big cabinet to the left of the ship door (as you are looking at the door). And no you cannot access the market.

BTW I got my ship at 14. Focused on the story till I got the ship.

Cool thanks guys I found the cargo...yeah too bad cant access the market, oh well. Seems so far can only access market in like 2 different planets, I noticed it not on this new one I went to, something with a B.

What level are you guys? I here once you get past level 25 or so, stuff gets super expensive, like buying skills, repairs, upgrades.

How is the drops in term of getting credits is it super hard?

Right now I am level 18 and have 70K, but curious what it like later on

I just hit 25. The riding skill is 40k from your trainer and I had one other skill upgrade, which was over 5k itself!

I had about 65k (did some crafting missions), so I had enough to buy a speeder for 8k as well.

It IS getting expensive.

Hope they fix this in a patch. SOON!!!
11 points in your skill tree is an instant cast heal. You also have skill points that lower the casting time of your other heals before that.

I gotta say the crafting in this game is going to spoil me with future MMO's. Being able to send your companions out on missions and let them craft stuff while I do the fighting is just plain awesome. People keep saying this game brings nothing new to the table, but between crafting, companions, group dialogue, and the story, this is the most refreshing MMO I've played in years. So far I've yet to find a class or story I haven't liked. Most MMO's I find a class or two and stick with it, this one I want to play them all.

My only gripe thus far is that I want to experience all of the content while I'm still in the level range to do it and it's not going to be possible. I was level 26 on my BH when I hit Nar Shaddaa and now I'm 28. Quests are starting to grey out on me and the mobs are well below my level. It's kinda a bummer to be blowing through mobs that can't hurt me and to get rewards that are well below what I'm already wearing.

At the same time that speaks to how much fun I'm having, in a typical MMO I'd just skip the zone and move on, but in this one I want to see what happens next on each planet.
