stupid metered internets!, I've got a 40GB monthly allowance now

Can I install all my not yet downloaded steam on someone else's internet on a laptop then back up the files and load from backup via lan?

Just bought ID Software Complete pack for $44.00 US!! pretty sweet deal, I really got it for Rage but might play some of the older games like Commander Keen one day.
Missed out on Skyrim on sale which I am gutted about, hoping it will go on sale again soon!

Yet another to my collection, Just bought Bioshock 2 for 3.49, Played the first and loved it.

God knows when im gonna get around to playing all these lol. I have a load i haven't even played before i bought all these.
