I can't really think of any PC exclusives where I'd say you'd be missing out. I mean Dead Space 1 and 2 were great, but are also available on the 360 and PS3 if I'm not mistaken. If you're big on large-scale MP BF3 is impossible to beat and the visuals cannot be touched by anything on any console.
Really, right now, there's not much for PC exclusivity as far as games go. The only thing going for PC gaming is better graphics (sometimes only slightly) and the modding community. For example I played through MW3 on my friend's 360 that he has hooked up to a 100"+ projector and 5.1 sound system. It was very fun. Beat it in like 5 hours or so and I did notice some poor visuals but over all I enjoyed it greatly. I think we'll see an influx of really solid PC games during the first two, maybe three years after the next-gen consoles are released, then it'll go back to a lul like we have now. That's my prediction at least. |

Some really great indie games that are PC only. Gemini Rue is one I'm playing now. Also GoG has a massive, cheap PC exclusive for the most part library. I just finished the Tex Murphy series and loved them. Can't believe I never played them before.
Ofcourse. Old games really don't justify a 590GTX, SSDs and 8 core CPUs. |

All my games are all bought boxed, and I intend to keep it that way for as long as I can. Last one was Witcher 2 a few weeks back, for a bargain price.

I think the last boxed game i bought was StarCraft II back on release date.
On of the main reason i now buy Steam games is the fact that you cannot return\trade them, With boxed games i had a awful habit of playing a game and either completing it or loosing interest half way through then trading\selling the game. A couple of months later thinking "Damn, I wish i never traded\sold that game now i really fancy a play through". At the Minute i have like 6 boxed games and 111 Steam games, My boxed games i either like to much to sell or they are that old they aint wort anything now.

I like hard copies of my games. Skyrim was the latest about 5 weeks ago I think it was. BF3 was a month before that.

I hate hard media for Videogames because most of the Gaming Clerk around here are retards... I bought Black Ops because it was 9.99$.. before that... i bought GTA IV 3 years ago..
Also i have a very good connection.. for a big game, it's actually faster with Steam/Origin than installing it with the DVDROM ![]() |

The last boxed game I bought was a Build Your Own Hooters set.
"Build 'em, trade 'em with your friends, or just put 'em on and scare the hell out of Mom!" I loved that game. Damn woman threw it out. ![]() |
