Rob, I had a feeling you were Xion's old buddy. Just odd Xion starts posting around the same time you did, and your user name...

Seriously though welcome back. Glad to hear Jesus finally got a hold of you. Best thing that could ever happen to a person.

Thanks Redeemed and yes, Christ got a hold of me and showed me that the path I was previously headed down wasnt a pretty one and I do owe it ALL to him for if he had never intervened in my life then I know I would have certainly never sought after him in my own shattered will.

What's odd about it? I sent him a message and told him he could find me on nvnews.. that I've been spending some time here trying to get back into the hobby. He knows I've been on a long hiatus, so I wanted to let him know I was back.

Run an IP check. We're not the same person. It's a funny thought, though. First he's Rollo, and now he's me?

I guess that would make me Rollo, which would mean I would have to go shoot myself.

Nope not mythy either. Some of you may remember me as robs03gts, slinrob or any other user name with the word Rob in it somewhere.

The most interesting thing I noticed the $399 GTX 660Ti will compete with $549 Radeon 7970 at same performance level.

Think I will settle with GTX 670.

Was just going to post that. I like how you take it as absolute fact, including the performance figures. That's being pretty naive IMO.

Even if those performance figures are inflated by 20-30% that's still very impressive. I'm taking it with a grain of salt for now though... Those prices, although more than competitive with 7900 series, sure are high. I guess we could be going back to the GTX280 days, except in an alternate universe where the 4870 never happened.
