Some say there are no hot clocks by core:shader ratio, Idk i didn't saw such info.



But if its true, GK110 670gtx a 570gtx replacement is nothing special.
idk only 20% faster and full 1024core 45%? that's a 7970 at 1050-1350mhz

lol I would like it to be at least 65% or even 70%


Then there is the price 500$= 500€, but yeah 570gtx is still selling for 280-350€.. So those 500$ look kinda logical atm., but then again its still too expensive for what it offers, same goes for 7970.


and the "famous" GK104 made it only to ~580gtx perf., i think i won't have any trouble with this 570gtx for 1 more year and wait for 28nm refresh

Nvidia has a clear winner in its hands and that’s why they have commented that they had expected much more from AMD. But still we already know that AMD is preparing its revised GCN HD 8000 series graphic cards, which may be release in the latter half of this year.

The second tier 670 is 20% faster than 7970? Typically the x70 cards match the performance or slightly beat the previous x80 card.

That has only been true for GTX400 to GTX500 as it was only a refresh.
But the GTX470 was quite a bit more powerful than a GTX275.

Kepler seems to be about 1.5~2.0 Fermi at each level (GK110 ~ 2x GF110, GK104 ~ 1.5xGF114...) so huge perf boosts should be expected.

We'll see. Table is still missing the GK107, but that should be mostly laptop.

New cores aren't hot clocked, and are now similar to the "stream processors" amd uses.

As for the specs on Kepler. I have been keeping up with them over at Extreme Forums and I can tell you, they change daily. I would take everything we have read so far and throw it in the bin. Until Nvidia releases info, I don't believe any of it.
