I don't see nothing wrong with the coolers...never goes above 68c in BF3 Ultra 4x MSAA, which is fine with me. My 6970s were a lot hotter..high 80s or 90s.

Everyone is hating on XFX lately, I don't get it.

Ya? That's good. All the other stuff i've been reading about the 7970 with those coolers is they run MUCH hotter than the reference cooler.

Thanks guys, looks like I can get 1020-25 on each card with out any added voltage...which I'm happy with, I think that's close to stock 7970 speeds haven't touched the memory yet. Pic coming soon.

Ok, here's a pic, my final clocks are 1025/1500, I could probably go a lot higher with some added voltage...but I'm happy with the performance and its not really needed.

I wish my motherboard supported PCIE x 8 in the 3rd slot so I could split these cards up, The top card does get a little hotter (70c the highest) but the fan gets pretty loud and annoying.

By splitting them up solves the problem...but the 2nd card is only running at PCIE x 4. Looks like I need a new motherboard any suggestions ? needs to be black or fit my color scheme.

They're the boards that are ready for Ivy Bridge, which should be dropping in about a month.
