They've just renamed their mid end part because it performs well enough and the high end is late.
As for the Samaritan demo, clearly they are running it in different settings with further optimizations. Not sure about the 200w PSU part, Mark Rein is renown for getting the facts wrong in statements he makes. He actually said the last time they ran the demo that it was on 3 Geforce ti500's My guess is that he meant the video card is using 200w or something like that, where as 3 x 580 SLI would be like 700w.

Hmmm I think I will give it a day or two if Mark Rein or his secretary noticed the errors in statements then they will sent emails to editors to correct the errors in statements.
I noticed many 3 way GTX 580 SLi reviews used 1500W PSUs, accorded to Nvidia website, a GTX 580 required a minimum 600W PSU and a GTX 580 card output power used 244W so a 3 GTX 580 cards in SLi used 1088W then it will need 1200W or 1500W PSU.

I'm skeptical it will be faster, hence the lack of msrp's...

Means that the keplers will not give me 40-50% increase I was looking for from my 580 GTX!
I guess i have to wait for the GK110! *sigh*

From what I've seen so far I would hold onto what you have. The official reviews may tell a different story, though. We'll see.

Buy something with more than enough memory and forget about crossfire/SLI and I'm sure you'll be happy.
