I wonder if that is using this new "turbo" mode. It seems like hot clocks may be gone and instead each part of the chip can clock up independently depending on usage.

It now 12 March 2012 in china time, still no early review or benchmarks but Expreview mention one more thing that GK104 cooler will have vapor chamber design.
