Post Penguin Computing Rolls Out Sandy Bridge E5 Products for HPC

Penguin Computing has released a new set of HPC products based on the brand new Xeon E5-2600 processor series. Designed to maximize simulation throughput, the new product portfolio includes the Relion series rack-mounted servers, Icebreaker series storage solutions, and Niveus series workstations.
Through Penguin's close partnership with Intel and as one of Intel's top five world-wide partners in the HPC space the company has been able to extensively qualify these processors. Penguin has also been providing early access to this new processor architecture through Penguin's public HPC cloud, Penguin On Demand (POD).
