Turned off wifi and took my phone to work 12 hours off the charger 77% battery left average 1.92% an hour.

So your phone gets good battery life when it's sitting in standbye.... I could have told you that.

One thing it won't do in standby is spell check.

I know it will give good life in standby sir, I am comparing it to my old Android Galaxy S phone which would at the max go 36 hours in standby before the battery went dead.
My wife's Garminfone would not last the 8 hours of her day at work. If you think I'm happy about the battery life you should see her.
