Default OpenCL 100% CPU usage

Hi guys, I'm trying to use cgminer (bitcoin minning) with some nvidia cards that I have. The models are:

05:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation GF108 [GeForce GT 440] (rev a1)
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation GF116 [GeForce GTX 550 Ti] (rev a1)

I'm trying it in 2 amd64 systems (Gentoo Linux) with 3.2.12 linux kernel and latest nvidia drivers (295.33), anyway when I start cgminer, disabling any cpu threads usage, I always get 100% cpu usage on one core (This is a core i5 machine). After a bit of searching I've seen this post http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=215813 , that maybe is related with the problem, the question is any way of solving this problem? This is a problem with the nvidia drivers?

Some users point that this started happening whit nvidia-drivers 270 version, 263 version doesn't have this problem.

Thanks for your support.
