Default Random X terminations with 295.40

Hi everyone,

On Debian Sid amd64, kernel 3.3.1, NVidia GTS 250, KDE desktop, I get random X terminations with drivers 295.40.

Only message I get in the logs is : NVRM: Xid (0000:01:00): 6, PE0001

Searching for this string only returns old threads about flash player incompatibility, clearly not the problem here since no browser was open during X crashes.

I also have VirtualBox kernel module loaded, and see some segfaults in logs since the NVidia driver update, maybe related, maybe not. I am investigating a possible interaction.

I attach two logs, first one taken right after X termination, second one after a new session has been restarted.
