Kinda underwhelming rumored specs if you ask me. Especially that they couldn't do a full 1280x720 resolution.

Who the hell want's 16:9 aspect on a phone/tablet, seriously? I'm personally very glad they didn't go with such a useless aspect screen. My hands are slightly above average in size and enabling wi-fi when holding my SGSII with one hand is often a stretch for my thumb making it uncomfortable to fully use the screen space when using the phone casually.
Using the phone in landscape is like looking through a letter box. All phones should be at least 16:10 IMO, 16:9 would be freaking horrible for a phone, especially with a screen that large.

Samsung started the countdown, 14 hours left.
http://www.tgeltaayehxnx.com/ tgeltaayehxnx = thenextgalaxy Maybe in 14 hours it will show off the phone, name and a teaser until 3 May launch. Hope the phone will look much better than the prototype.

LOL, I only mentioned it because in another forum discussing the same thing a few people kept saying they had no problems but that they had large hands. Well I'm 6' tall and would say my hands are very average for my height, but that's the thing, I'm taller than many men and pretty much all women, so if I find a screen too big to use comfortably with one hand at times, then the majority of potential consumers will likely be the same. It's not bad, I just need to remember how to hold the thing so that I can reach all corners of the screen with my thumb. If the screen were bigger/longer, the problem would be a lot more apparent. 4.6" is probably the upper limit, but 4.6" 16:9 would be too long IMO. Like I said, it would also be more painful to use in landscape orientation for web browsing and the like.

Wow the new android phones are certainly leaving the iphone 4s well behind. I still think the HTC one X is the best phone atm though, will have to see what the Galaxy s3 is like in real world.

I kinda feel the new HTCs might have caught Samsung snoozing, but as you said, gotta wait for some real world tests.

Nice, I didn't quite make the connection there. I guess that way you have your navigation always up for productivity work and they can then hide when watching/playing HD media. I'll have to look at some examples.
