Eurogamer. The main one only mentions XBLA and the local XBLA/PSN.

Wow, some devs are full of fail sometimes. A new Carmageddon game would be great. They need to make a new cross-platform version and I'm sure it would sell boat loads. Maybe they just want to make FPS games and Carmageddon is too risky or something.

They're looking for a publisher and they have only recently gotten their rights back, so they probably just wanna start small.

Yeah I doubt they would want to make a full big budget sequel... the game wont sell that well, none of the titles in the series did. No clue why it was popular actually... they were pretty bad games.

The whole "legendary" status that this series acquired over the years might help them a lot. If the game is going to be any decent that is.

You guys are nuts. Carmageddon1 was and still is awesome; nothing quite like it to this day.
This new title is gonna be risky. They will piss off tons of fans if they apply the current modern ideals to it. At the same time they want it to sell a bunch too. Will be real interesting to see what the game turns out to be. I'd be happiest with just a straight up HD remake of the first.

Ante up if you want a new game that they were going to make without kickstarter but hey, who am I to judge people that ask for money.

Very tempting. It would be my first Kickstarter project funded....hmmmm.
Thanks for sharing, Destroy. |
