Xbit Labs has 3770K vs 3750K (same specs minus HT) at same voltage but 100MHz less on the 3750K, and the 3750K averages about 7 degrees cooler across the cores.

2600K and 3770K both have 4C/8T configurations. 2500k, 3750k are 4c/4t. It is possible to disable HT on the former two processors.
