GTX 460M, Xorg 1.12, nvidia driver 295.49, linux 3.3.5-1-ARCH and NVRM Xid 44

Hi people,

my laptop is a clevo P150HM with a nvidia GTX 460M, with a i7 2720QM, optimus and the integrated GPU are disabled.

I'm trying to get my X server working under linux, for now I use fbdev. I cannot use nouveau (kernel panic when loading) and I get a NVRM Xid 44 error with nvidia. I don't know if the laptop works under windows :( people around me uses linux.

lspci and logs are attached.

I just want to know if my problems are hardware related or not (people using nvidia GTX 460M does not seem to have those problems ...)
