I still use the current version of SMAA. I don't like FXAA as it sacrifices texture quality in games, whereas SMAA doesn't.

SMAA would be the ultimate AA if only you could use an overlay with it! running tools such as evga precision is a must for myself .... so untill that happens i won't be able to use it

I use it with EVGA precision and STEAM just fine. You have to go in edit one of the files to enable overlay support. It is 0 (off) by default. Just add 1.

are you talking about the SMAA 1.2 injector? in there i have an injector.ini and a steam overlay hack setting. is that what you're talking about?

Yes I am talking about the injector. The steam overlay hack setting, set it to 1.

seems to i had done that before and it didn't work ... hmm, i'll have to try it again then.

edit: just tried it again with BF3 and evga precision, with stealth mode enabled and program detection on high and low, and it won't work for me. bummer.
