GFWL CDKey Issues

Ok so I wanted to play RE5 with my fiance and I have two copies, one physical and another on steam. I installed both but the key for the physical copy is giving me an error saying that the maximum amount of uses for the key have been reached. Is there a way to have this reset? Its probably due to the constant re installs when I rebuild my PC (the game is 3 years old now).

I'd say it would be like Windows. Call and see if they can give you a new code or reset the existing.

But what number? I looked all over the GFWL website and MS barely has support for it, all they talk about is Xbox Live and ignore GFWL.

its the same number now.

Bleh, MS is telling me to contact capcom or securom (which doesn't even list RE5 as one of its titles).

Limited installations is the worse type of DRM EVER enforced. Capcom might sort it with a few phone calls, there customer support and response is quite good from personal previous experience.
