If I recall correctly our wascally wabbit friend lives near the ocean. As such it's likely very humid. That moisture in the air would contain salt due to the evaporated ocean water.

My guess at least...

I live 1/8 of a mile from the gulf of mexico and I haven't run into any issues.

I honestly don't know. I grew up on the coast (Eureka, CA) and lived there for about 22 years. Most the vehicles had rust and pretty much any metal that was out doors, had rust on it. It wasn't warm there but humid, and naturally that close to the ocean the moisture in the air had a high salt content.

Simply a guess on my end is all. If it makes you feel better, we'll let Bob and Greedo duke it out. If Bob wins I'm right. If Greedo wins, then I'm right.

Well its done, my new PC is finished, for now

Here is the layout of my desk area

My nice 27 inch ASUS screen had this for little more than a year

Since my last update I had to pick up some other ram, the stuff I had didn't overclock so well and kept crashing the computer. Now I have 16GB of Corsair Vengeance. I also upgrade the CPU cooler to a Antec Water Cooled one. I also just go rid of my Geforce 640 GT, was using it as a physx card but really didn't have a use for it and could of used the money towards something better.

Tower overview, going to install a glass panel on it once I get the time, Also found a nice place for my Oswald ears from Epic Mickey 2
