NVRM: Xid while using chromium browser

Hello,

I have recently switched from Firefox to Chromium browser.
This probably caused that the stability of nVidia driver goes down. The result of this are:
- Pink screen while playing movie on mplayer (using xv output)
- freeze of X server
- blinking screen (black screen for one second) - restart of X server.
- errors in dmesg like [10737.840530] NVRM: Xid (0000:01:00): 6, PE0002 03a4 00000000 0000fd58 ffffffff ffffffff

Above errors comes from Chromium and watching youtube ( using HTML5),
Browser is using hardware acceleration (without Canvas which is not available in Linux).

Sometimes everything works fine, without errors or hangup.

After upgrade to 302.17 problem still occurs.

My distro is PLD-Linux using kernel-3.4.4-1.x86_64.

Other hardware works fine - there is no problem to compile LibreOffice.

Does it happen after suspend? I got similar issues with chromium + html5, but only after the suspend. After normal boot up it works fine, I mentioned this issue in no resume from suspend thread:
